Concepts and tools for designers
pp. 37-62
in: , Tangible interactive systems, Berlin, Springer, 2016Abstract
Human-centered design (HCD) should not only take into account end users but all the stakeholders dealing with the product being designed, including designers themselves. This is one of the reasons why I prefer to talk about human-centered design instead of user-centered design. This chapter is devoted to a few concepts, models, and tools for teams involved in human-systems integration.
