Abstract

Jürgen Habermas is one of the most important political philosophers today, and one of those authors about whom everybody seems to have an opinion. He has published dozens of books on a variety of subjects and has been influential in a number of disciplines, especially in the social sciences. Indeed, his influence is such that ideas and writers associated with his work are often referred to as "Habermasian".
