Abstract

For want of a better name, I shall refer to the subject of these papers as that of "post-flight resynchronization". By these terms I intend to emphasize that although our scientific interest was in identifying the sources of a certain malaise which often accompanies long transmeridian flights, our practical concern was in finding efficient means for rapid resynchronization by the individual of his physiological clock and fast and complete adaptation to post-flight environment.
